Really love the design. Ordered the smaller 1-liter size but it was just a bit too small and didn't quite hold 1000ml without spillage so returned and ordered the 1.5-liter. The larger teapot arrived with some manufacturering damage so returning. See photos.Update: I reordered the larger teapot which arrived with a small dent on the top of the pot. It's difficult to capture in photos and the lid completely covers the dent when it's on so I decided to keep it. I emailed the company at the address provided in the product manual and they all bounced back.

Just adds a look of elegance when serving tea to company. I can't say the water stays real hot in it if you don't use it right away, but than again the temperature of the water depends on the type of tea you use.

Bought this to travel. The coffee pots in hotels are horrible for making tea. This is not very big, but holds a surprising amount. It's all stainless steel, so no concern about breaking. It comes with a little infuser basket, so when we travel we take this, our travel tea kettle, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B799S2HT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and a canister of loose tea. Very civilized! I usually stuff some socks or something in it for travel and shove it in the corner of my suitcase so it doesn't take up too much room.
